Fooz Global LLP reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently revoke a user’s access to the Website if the user is found to be in violation of these Terms, engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities, or acting in a manner that compromises the security, integrity, or overall reputation of the platform. This action may be taken without prior notice, and Fooz Global LLP is under no obligation to provide reasons for the termination. Users who have had their access revoked may contact customer support to seek clarification or appeal the decision, but the final determination shall rest solely with Fooz Global LLP. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. In the event of a dispute, parties are encouraged to seek an amicable resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation. - Amendments to Terms
