At FOOZ FOOD, we take pride in delivering the freshest and safest organic food.
However, if something is not right, here’s how we handle returns:
Eligible for Return
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.
- Products with quality issues (must be reported with photo proof).
- Return request raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Not Eligible for Return
- Products opened, used, or partly consumed.
- Perishable items beyond 48 hours of delivery.
- Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
How to Return
- Write to us at care@foozfood.in or WhatsApp within 48 hours to 9019933182
- Share order number + photos of the issue.
- Once verified, we will request you to kindly return the parcel through the nearest Post Office.
Note:
To minimize food waste and carbon footprint, we may not require physical return
for low-value or perishable items. Instead, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
