- Prepaid orders that qualify for return/replacement.
- Cancelled orders (before dispatch).
- Orders not delivered due to unforeseen reasons.
Refund Modes
- Prepaid Orders → Refunded to original payment source within 5-7 working days.
- COD Orders → Refund via bank transfer/UPI (shared by customer).
Quick Replacement Option
Instead of waiting for a refund, you can choose a replacement product or store credit,
which is processed faster.
Important
- Refunds are subject to quality check of the returned product.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except for wrong/damaged items.
